James I Kepner
Jim Kepner is an author, psychologist, and international trainer based in Shaker Heights, Ohio, and the author of the books:

ABOUT ME
Jim is the founder of Gestalt Body Process Psychotherapy (GBPP). He has been continuously developing the theory and practice, especially with integrating hands-on energy methods within this framework. He has also applied these energy methods to clear the reactivity in the nervous system from trauma.
Jim Kepner is an author, psychologist, and international trainer based in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
With, Carol DeSanto, Jim Co-Developed a hands-on energy approach called Nervous System Energy Work (NSEW). They teach NSEW and approaches to subtle energy and consciousness at Pathways for Healing (www.pathwaysforhealing.com)
Jim conducts training workshops internationally in GBPP, the Healing Tasks model, and in application of subtle energy methods to body psychotherapy and spiritual development. Jim is on the professional staff of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, where he co-founded and chaired the program Working with Physical Process.
Jim studied energy work with Rev. Rosalyn Bruyere. He has been a student of martial arts for 30 years and a long-time student of Ba Gua Chang and Tai Chi. Jim received his BA degree (1976) in Psychology, magna cum laude, and his MA degree (1978) in Clinical Psychology, both from Cleveland State; he was granted his Ph.D. degree (1982) in Counseling Psychology from Kent State University.
